Enter into joy through the divine wisdom of your body moving.  We will begin with a brief cacao ceremony to release fear and enter the void.  You will be gently guided in breath, movement, and awareness to find your flow with self and others—warming and defining the edges that keep you whole; releasing constrictions that dull your resonance.  The music will shepherd us through the unknown together, fueling us to high energy peaks and gliding us through downtempo bass dives.  We can touch or not touch, free to express and serve the truth of the moment.  We will land safely where we began, unmistakably transformed through the belonging that comes when we remind ourselves:  We are energy in motion.
