Ecstatic Contact is an ecstatic dance journey designed to support Contact Improvisation, yet open to all forms of free movement. Whether you flow solo, with a partner, or in group dynamics, this evening invites you to move from sensation, intuition, and authentic expression.

🌊 Sensual Movement Flow Class (7:30-8:00pm) – Ease into your body with guided movement to awaken fluidity, presence, and connection.

🌀 Opening Circle – A brief gathering to set intentions and attune to the space.

🎶 Ecstatic Contact Dance (8:00-9:30pm) – A rich, downtempo music journey designed to support Contact Improvisation, yet spacious enough for any style of embodied expression.
