Will a venue arise? LMK if you have a possibility. I have sound, and it’s loud…so we need a place that loud sound will not bother the neighbors 🙂
Connect your body and spirit, dancing with freedom. Release your mind in the flow and beat of the music. Let go of judgement as you witness others in their authenticity. Generate compassion by accepting yourself, loving your body, and moving to feel.
Let it be simple: A joyful practice of being yourself in company with others. Just by showing up you’re doing it right.
When it seems called we begin with a short 15 minute introductory class at 7:30pm to get you in your body. The dance is otherwise sandwiched between two short sharing circles. During the dance the floor is a non-speaking space. Sovereignty and connection will be supported. The musical journey will include bass electronica, world music, acoustic songs, and the occasional peppering of hip-hop, classical, jazz, or even live contributions. You may come and go as you please. We finish at 9:30pm
Admission is $18 in advance paid online via the registration link, or $20 cash/venmo/cc at the door.
