Movement, Breathwork, and Meditation (Online)

- We will begin with 5-10 minutes of simple repetitive movement to open the body.
- Then we will engage in a breath practice for approximately 30 minutes to move and focus energy. This will likely alternate between Ananda Mandala and Tummo style practices. Take care of yourself within the practice: If you become light headed please get down on the ground.
- Then we will meditate on Heart Center for 20 minutes.
This gathering is free and on zoom. If you wish to donate that is welcomed but not expected–via venmo @matthew-nelson-180. When you sign up you will be sent a zoom link. You must sign up before we begin 🙂
