  1. We will begin with 5-10 minutes of simple repetitive movement to open the body.
  2. Then we will engage in a breath practice for approximately 30 minutes to move and focus energy.  This will likely alternate between Ananda Mandala and Tummo style practices.  Take care of yourself within the practice:  If you become light headed please get down on the ground.
  3. Then we will meditate on Heart Center for 20 minutes.

This gathering is free and on zoom.  If you wish to donate that is welcomed but not expected–via venmo @matthew-nelson-180.  When you sign up you will be sent a zoom link.  You must sign up before we begin 🙂
