A Deep, Restorative Experience with Cyndi Miracle~

Each session begins and ends with a guided meditation practice to help lead you in and out of a deep state of relaxation and receptiveness for experiencing the healing sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls. The bowls are played during the middle of the session and the experience is different every time.
