The Somatic Mystery Journey is a guided experience of communion with each other and the great mystery of being through our embodied practice.  We will use breathwork, movement, music, dance, intention, and awareness as tools to bring us into non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Dave Jones and I will offer this ceremonial dance with a theme of authenticity and repair.  I invite you to come as you are, with your mistakes, with your love, with your longing, and even with your fears.  It will be an acoustic evening, with Dave masterfully playing handpan.  It is ecstatic dance, and more.  I will offer cacao and drop us in with somatic exploration.  At the end of the evening there will be time to talk for those who wish to speak about anything that’s come up for you—including that which I’ve shared with the community recently, or simply through the dancing.
