Come for one or all parts of a Connect Ecstatic Dance Extravaganza in the MOVE studio at JUMP:

First a one hour SomaWorks Connect Class including a structured personal warm up to get you in your body, an optional introduction to contact improvisation, and support in taking care of your own boundaries.

We’ll have an hour and half Ecstatic Dance set with DJ Somanaut.  It’ll be a mix of bass electronica with global influences constructed to take you on a metaphysical journey.  The sound rocks, the view is astounding, and we’ll hold BraveSpace together, courageously supporting each other in freedom through respect and non-judgement.  Move however you like.

We’ll finish with a live sound bath.  So far we’ve had Chrystalina Sowell, Dave Jones, and Will Knox.

There will be a little circling in there.  We won’t talk much outside of that–we’ll use our bodies to converse.
