Ecstatic Dance will be at Ann Morrison Park Noon-2pm, North of the fountain by the bathrooms.  I recommend you join the text list by texting DANCE to (877)796-1680 in case there are any last minute shifts.

$15-20 (sliding) admission may be paid in cash at the event or on venmo @Matthew-Nelson-180.  Credit card payment available by request.

Connect your body and spirit, dancing with freedom.  Release your mind in the flow and beat of the music.  Let go of judgement as you witness others in their authenticity. Generate compassion by accepting yourself, loving your body, and moving to feel.

Let it be simple:  A joyful practice of being yourself in company with others.  Just by showing up you’re doing it right.

We will begin and finish with a brief sharing circle.  Otherwise it is a non-speaking space.  Both sovereignty and connection will be supported.  The musical journey will include bass electronica, world music, acoustic songs, and the occasional peppering of hip-hop, classical, jazz, or even live contributions.
